I am definitely thinking about what I am eating more. I went and bought a smaller thing of protein powder and just tried it in milk, sort of thinking it would be good and taste like chocolate milk. So...I was REALLy wrong about that. I definitely did not like it plain. Today I made a smoothie and put it in and it was SO yummy. I got my fruits in for the day, along with some fiber and protein. There were a lot of calories though. I had NO idea. I a...WOW, That was So informational. I had NO idea. I am sure I definitely do not get enough protein. I think I am going to go buy that powder and I can drink that when I get home from basketball. I haven't ever heard about proteins. I just learned last year that you were suppose to get at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day and at least 25 grams of fiber. Man, if I strive to put the food in my body that I am suppose to have in me, there isn't room or need to put the junk inside.
