I doubt I will ever do it again. I am considering doing the Richmond Marathon again though in November in addition to the half marathon in September in Hancock. What about you...any races in the future? I always think that it jump starts my metabolism a little better. I also really liked the sports beans while running, but usually would just do a gel packet.
